Plugging the retirement gap
There is a $6.6 trillion hole in America’s retirement fund. Half of all workers aren’t saving anything, and only 1 in 2 actually have access to a work-place retirement plan. Of the companies that offer 401(k)s, over half of their employees aren’t satisfied, and high fees cost retirees $100,000s.
We believe everyone should have access to a retirement plan offering bespoke low-cost investments, without burdening their employers with excessive cost or legal and admin hassle.

“maximizing our retirement savings... would require cutting fees, eliminating middlemen, increasing employer contributions and getting rid of the fee structure that is based on assets under management.”
